Introducing the Tuggeranong Netball Association’s Participation Netball Competition

TNA’s Participation Netball Competition is a competition which welcomes all members of the ACT and district’s community with disability to participate in an enduring competition.

The core outcomes of this competition will be as follows;


  1. Welcoming all members (male and female) of the disability community to join with the TNA community to enjoy the sport of Netball.

  2. Develop netball as the sport of choice for all members of the disability community here in the ACT region.

  3. Bond the involvement of participants in netball to lifelong health outcomes for all players and family members.

  4. Where appropriate, develop the skills and abilities of players to enter mainstream competition, and be included in all clubs which are part of the Tuggeranong Netball Association.

  5. Adopt a leadership role for all associations in Australia, and lead the broader inclusion of people with disability in all associations.

  6. Integrating the whole community of TNA together, with TNA being seen as a welcoming environment for people with disability.
